"A Burlington Christmas" sponsored by the Historic Burlington Business Association will take place beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday December 4, 2010 and continue through the afternoon on Sunday December 6th.  Santa will arrive about 6:30 p.m. on Friday December 3rd. to light the Courthouse Christmas Tree and will be available for photos at the gazebo beside the old court house. On Saturday there will be a "Santa Paws" parade through Burlington at 1:00 sponsored by the Boone county animal shelter and visits with Santa at the Central House Dinner. The Dinsmore estate will have historic dancers and candlelit tours Saturday eve from 7-9. Mike Crane will have his Lionel Train Layout operating at his KY Farm Bureau Insurance office from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday December 3rd. and 4th.

Masterworks Photography Will be opening  their Gallery of Fine art prints created be local artist Michelle Wermuth who was recently featured at the Boone Woods Art Fair and attended the cooper Art and Craft Show. While the parents shop the kids can watch The Santa Clause and the Polar Express on our 80" screen in our projection room. We will also feature a train display and traditional print making demonstrations.

FREE quick take portrait sessions will be available for Family's, children or Santa paws participant's, no appointment necessary. Images Will be put online so you can place your order for prints.

Restaurants and shops will have special hours to accommodate our visitors. We will be open Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 1-4.

Masterworks Photography is the newest and only local drop off point for A Million Thanks, a nation wide campaign to say thank you to the members of our armed forces. Boy Scout Pack 727 will making custom Holiday and Thank You cards at their November Pack meeting to send to the troops and all are welcome to join them by bringing there cards and letters to Masterworks Photography at 3032 Washington St. Burlington  KY 41005
